To Confirm Your Reservation
A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you upon booking a reservation. The contract contains a description of the rental property, a statement of all charges, and the Terms and Conditions of your rental.
To Confirm a reservation email me to hold your unit and sign & return Rental Agreement along with a copy of your driver's license and a $100.00 deposit. Must be received within 10 days of receiving your agreement.
Failure to return the signed Rental Agreement and deposit in a timely manner will automatically cancel your reservation.
Full Payment is due 3 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay your balance due by the scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of your Reservation Deposit.

Accepted Methods of Payment
All payments are to be made by personal check, bank check or money order. All payments must be in US Dollars. A $25 Service Charge will be added to all returned checks.

Security Deposit
A $100.00 Security Deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 days of departure, minus any costs for damage, inventory loss, excessive cleaning, key replacement, and/or breach of the Rental Agreement.
